To make shutdown shortcut like picture above:
1. You must click right button on your mouse, then click shortcut
2. After that, you must write Shutdown -s -t 00,then click next
3. Give title to your shutdown shortcut
4. If you want an icon, you must click right button on your mouse, then click properties
5. In shortcut bar, click change icon. And choose your favourite icon.
